kopinya terasa nikmat kemarin sore, kemarin senin 11 September 2006 tepatnya, melepas penat karena hektik dan agak sedikit (atau banyak??) disorientasi. masih kopi yang sama, kapal api takaran 2 sendok makan gula dengan satu sendok gembung kopi…pahit agak manis..kental dan asamnya kopi terasa di lidah…tiba-tiba kang iwong muncul. dia sedang mengurusi visanya berangkat ke shanghai tanggal 13 september besok hari. “yung, sekarang aniek sedang disidang”…saya diam sejenak, meresapi sedikit kopi sekaligus pikiran…ya, kasus mbak aniek…lama tak mengikuti…karena mungkin terjebak di rutinitas kerja disini…

katanya berkas tuntutannya 5 halaman saja, tuntutannya rangkap tiga dari hukuman mati hingga penjara satu dasawarsa, jaksanya 3 orang, semua perempuan…mbak aniek kata koran itu tetap diam tanpa ekspresi. sang jaksa berkeras bahwa aniek mengalami tekanan jiwa berat….

kawan yang melihat berita di tivi mengabarkan dia terlihat lebih kurus sekarang. saya sendiri…??? rasanya ingin berbincang dengan nya, bertanya tentang kenapa terjadi, sama dengan yang ingin dilakukan oleh ami yang memproduksi tayangan cerita sore dengan ustadz jeffry sebagai kunci….

Pembunuh 3 Anak Kandung Dijerat Dakwaan Berlapis
Ny. AKS Diancam Hukuman Pidana Mati
BANDUNG, (PR, 12 September 2006).-

Sidang pertama kasus pembunuhan tiga anak yang dilakukan ibu kandungnya, Ny. AKS (31), digelar di Pengadilan Negeri Bandung, Jln. L.L.R.E. Martadinata Kota Bandung, Senin (11/9). Dalam sidang yang beragendakan pembacaan dakwaan itu, terdakwa didampingi penasihat hukumnya, Adardam Achyar.

Terdakwa dijerat tiga pasal hukum pidana, yakni pasal 340 jo pasal 65 ayat 1 KUHP tentang pembunuhan berencana dengan ancaman hukuman pidana mati atau penjara seumur hidup. Pasal 338 jo pasal 65 ayat 1 KUHP karena sengaja merampas nyawa orang lain dengan pidana penjara paling lama 15 tahun, dan pasal 80 ayat 3 UU No. 23 tahun 2002 jo pasal 65 ayat 1 KUHP tentang perlindungan anak dengan ancaman hukuman 10 tahun penjara.

Ny. AKS hadir mengenakan gamis cokelat dipadu dengan kerudung krem. Ia terlihat tenang dan nyaris tanpa ekspresi. Ketika ditanya “PR” tentang kondisinya menghadapi persidangan pertamanya, Ny. AKS tidak menjawab sepatah kata pun.

Sidang yang diketuai Hakim Imam Syafei, S.H., itu dihadiri Imam Abdullah, suami terdakwa, serta ustaz pendamping, Budi Prajitno, yang sejak awal persidangan menemani Ny. AKS.

Minta dihentikan

Selama persidangan Ny. AKS tidak menunjukkan reaksi apa pun. Begitu juga ketika dakwaan dibacakan Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU), Teti Laraswati, S.H. Ny. AKS hanya terdiam tanpa menengok ataupun memerhatikan isi dakwaan.

Tim penasihat hukum Ny. AKS, sempat meminta persidangan dihentikan dengan alasan Ny. AKS berada dalam kondisi gangguan jiwa berat. “Saya mohon kepada majelis untuk mempertimbangkan kondisi kejiwaan terdakwa, karena menurut hasil pemeriksaan psikiater, terdakwa mengalami gangguan jiwa berat,” kata Adardam.

Namun, hakim memutuskan persidangan tetap dilanjutkan, karena tidak ada tanda-tanda dugaan gangguan kejiwaan yang dialami terdakwa. “Selama sidang majelis tidak menemukan tanda-tanda gangguan kejiwaan, jadi sidang tetap dilanjutkan,” ujar Imam Syafei.

Gangguan kejiwaan

Seusai sidang, Adardam mengatakan, hakim seharusnya memanggil terlebih dahulu tim psikiater untuk memastikan kondisi kejiwaan terdakwa. Namun, Adardam tidak bisa memastikan sejak kapan Ny. AKS mengalami gangguan kejiwaan. “Sejak kapan Ny. AKS menderita gangguan kejiwaan, saya sendiri tidak berani untuk memberikan komentar, sebab hal tersebut adalah kewenangan dari ahlinya.

”Ny. AKS yang sempat ditemui di sel tahanan seusai sidang juga enggan memberikan komentar. Ia terlihat tetap tenang dan sempat berbincang cukup lama dengan suami dan penasihat spiritualnya.

Sidang yang dijaga puluhan polisi itu sempat mengundang perhatian orang di PN Bandung. Sidang yang semula akan dilanjutkan dengan keterangan saksi akhirnya tertunda, karena JPU meminta waktu satu minggu untuk menghadirkan saksi. Sidang akan dilanjutkan pekan depan dengan agenda keterangan saksi, termasuk diantarnya suami terdakwa, pembantu terdakwa, dan sopir jemputan anak sulung terdakwa. (A-151/A-157)***

Acara yang tayang di TV 7 setiap malam di TV7 mengganggu saya. Hardcore menganggu jiwa. Perancangnya pastilah orang yang sangat gape   dalam mempermainkan perasaan.

For Love or Money is a reality television show initially broadcast on NBC in 2003. It is basically a dating show where the chosen winner will choose to stay with the central bachelor or will take home a million dollars but without any further contact with the bachelor. Four seasons of the program are shown, all of which are hosted by Jordan Murphy. It was produced by Nash Productions with Bruce Nash and JD Roth as two of the executive producers.

The first season saw Rob Campos choose among sixteen suitors, unaware that each woman was informed that she was set to win a million dollars. The selection boiled down to Erin Brodie and Paige Jones. The two women assumed that Erin would take the money and Paige would take Rob. But in an unexpected move, Rob chose Erin, leaving Paige to tear up her check. But as expected Erin rejected Rob and took the million dollars, sending him home.

The second season saw Erin returning to the house three weeks after she took her million-dollar check. She returned to risk her million dollar-check by being in Rob’s position, this time choosing among 15 male suitors. If the final man she chose chooses her, her million dollars would double; otherwise, the million dollars (in essence) will be passed to him, leaving her with nothing.

When she trimmed her choices down to just three, Rob returned as a “fourth man,” returning to woo her the second time. Although Rob made it to the final three suitor, Erin ultimately rejected him, leaving her to choose between Wade Whistler and Chad Viggiano. In the end, Erin chose Chad, who chose her. As a result, she won both Chad and two million dollars, $500,000 of which went to Chad.

The third season saw Preston Mercer choose a new set of sixteen suitors, all vying for either his love or their reserved checks. The new twist in the season was each woman is presented what seemed to be a blank check. Ultraviolet light would reveal its value, which may either be:

Furthermore, only Preston would know the value of each lady’s check while the women would never know their value.

Although some ladies eventually knew the values of their check. it became all for naught as the final four ladies choose four mystery checks: two valuing at a single dollar, and the other two valued at a million dollars.

In the end, Preston chose PJ Spillman over one of the season’s major antagonists Rachel Veltri. In an unexpected twist, after PJ would pick her choice, Preston was also being asked to choose either PJ or the million-dollar check reserved for him. The two ended up with each other. As a result, Rachel tore up her million-dollar check while PJ went off with Preston, never knowing that her check was worth just a dollar.

The fourth season saw Rachel’s return to the house so she would risk the million dollars that she would have won. She would be in Preston’s position, choosing her best suitor from among 15 men. Unknown to her, the same thing is said to her known enemy, Andrea Langi, who also lost a million-dollar check while wooing Preston. They only became aware of each other’s presence at time they were expecting the men.

Each of the fifteen men were also presented with what seemed to be blank checks, with values revealed under ultraviolet light with the same value already stated above. The new twist is the men would immediately know the values of their checks while Rachel and Amanda would never have the same idea.

Rachel beat Andrea by being courted by eight men as opposed to Andrea’s seven. Rachel became the sole bachelorette of the show.

Like the season before, checks became worthless as the final four men choose four mystery checks: two valuing at a single dollar, and the other two valued at a million dollars.

In the end, Rachel chose Caleb Janus over Mike Deatly. Caleb chose Rachel. Though hesitant at first to choose the million dollars, Rachel finally opted for Caleb, who never knew his final check is worth just a dollar. Mike, on the other hand, had to give up a million. However, it was reported that a month after the end of the show’s production, Caleb and Rachel split up. [1]

So far, there are no reports of a fifth season.
